feminino evolui passando por diversos per�odos nos quais se
apresenta peculiaridades referentes a fisiologia e a patologia.
Inf�ncia, puberdade, maturidade sexual, climat�rio
senilidade, sucedem-se gradativamente. Os dois primeiros s�o
assinalados pelo desenvolvimento corporal e por
transforma�es de caracter�sticas
marcantes.</span></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Admite-se
que a inf�ncia termina
em torno dos 9 anos, quando se inicia adolesc�ncia, que se
completa em torno dos 16 anos. As express�es
adolesc�ncia
e puberdade s�o comumente empregados como
sin�nimas,
embora Littr� prefira empregar a express�o
adolesc�ncia para definir o per�odo que sucede a
inf�ncia e come�a com a primeira
evid�ncia da
puberdade.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Os
limites extremos dos diferentes
per�odos da evolu��o genital feminina
n�o
s�o r�gidos, mas aqueles enunciados para situar a
inf�ncia e a adolesc�ncia correspondem aos
padr�es
mais aceitos na atualidade.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Ao
contr�rio do que se supunha
no passado, inf�ncia n�o � fase de
quietude, em
termos de fisiologia genital. O hipot�lamo de
crian�as do
sexo feminino pode ser distinguido, funcionalmente, daquele de

da inf�ncia caminha para seu t�rmino, o eixo

para atingir o n�vel cr�tico de

secund�rios. Segundo McDonough, a puberdade n�o
come�a abruptamente �como o contato de um
f�sforo
aceso com folhas secas�, mas �
conseq��ncia do
amadurecimento gradativo iniciado na inf�ncia.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Em
termos biol�gicos,
principalmente nas sociedades de m�dio e alto
n�vel
econ�micos, o in�cio da puberdade se tem
antecipado nos
�ltimos dec�nios.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">O
aparecimento dos caracteres sexuais
secund�rios obedece a certa cronologia que pode assim ser
especificada:</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>
8 a 9 anos</strong> �
desenvolvimento da bacia �ssea; maior desenvolvimento dos
fol�culos ovarianos; in�cio do crescimento das
papilas
mam�rias e do �tero.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>
10 a 11 anos</strong> �
in�cio do crescimento das mamas e dos pelos pubianos
�
telarca e pubarca.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>
12 a 14 anos</strong> �
desenvolvimento das mamas, menarca, ciclos anovulat�rios e
crescimento dos p�los axilares.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>
15 a 17 anos</strong> �
primeiros ciclos ovulat�rios e t�rmino do
crescimento
esquel�tico.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Na
puberdade, verificam-se no aparelho
genital, altera�es que caracterizam a
complementa��o de seu desenvolvimento.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Ov�rios</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Come�a
a matura��o
irregular dos fol�culos pela a��o do
FSH
hipofis�rio. Em torno dos 16 anos o hipot�lamo
assume o
controle c�clico da produ��o das
gonadotrofinas
hipofis�rias e, pela a��o conjugada do
FSH e do
LH, surgem os primeiros ciclos ovulat�rios.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Tubas</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Estes
�rg�os se
desenvolvem pela a��o estrog�nica,
perdendo o
aspecto retil�neo pr�prio da inf�ncia,
e tornando
diferenciados os seus diversos segmentos. Aparecem, tamb�m,
os
movimentos perist�lticos atribu�dos a
a��o
da progesterona.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>�tero</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">No
decorrer da adolesc�ncia, a
a��o dos estrog�nios transforma
�tero
infantil em adulto, passando pela fase hipopl�sica
intermedi�ria. �tero infantil � aquele
que tem o
colo maior que o corpo; no �tero hipopl�sico, as
propor�es s�o iguais; no
�tero adulto, o
corpo � duas vezes mais longo que o colo. O
endom�trio
tamb�m sofre transforma�es. A
princ�pio
� hipotr�fico, depois come�a a
adquirir
caracter�sticas de proliferativo e, ao final da
adolesc�ncia, apresenta-se bif�sico, pela
a��o da progesterona.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Vagina</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Na
inf�ncia, o epit�lio da
mucosa vaginal � hipodesenvolvimento, com poucas camadas de
c�lulas. Do ponto de vista citol�gico,
encontram-se
c�lulas da camada basal e algumas intermedi�rias.
Na
puberdade, pela a��o estrog�nica, o
epit�lio
se torna pluriestratificado e surgem c�lulas da camada
superficial. O glicog�nio produzido se libera pela
descama��o epitelial e, na presen�a
dos bacilos de
Doderlein, se transforma em �cido l�tico,
garantindo a
acidez vaginal.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><strong>Vulva</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">O
desenvolvimento da bacia �ssea
faz com que a vulva volte sua abertura para tr�s, ficando
escondida entre a raiz das coxas. O crescimento dos p�los
pubianos e o desenvolvimento das forma�es
labiais
concorrem para proteger o vestibular vaginal. As gl�ndulas
vestibulares menores e maiores passam a secretar, lubrificando os
�rg�os genitais externos.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Duas
gl�ndulas, relacionadas com
aparelho genital, experimentam importantes
modifica�es
na adolesc�ncia: a tire�ide exacerba
transitoriamente a
fun��o que exerce a��o
sobre os
ov�rios, sendo de valor para o desenvolvimento destes
�rg�os; as adrenais apresentam
hiperfun��o
passageira e parece influir no metabolismo dos ester�ides
sexuais.</p>

tiro foto do meu filho com flash desde que ele nasceu e ele esta
c 3 meses, e s� hoje me disseram que isso pode cegar, o que

Existe, sim, o perigo de les�es de retina causadas por flash,
mas APENAS se houver exposi��o excessiva, algo em torno de 10
horas de fotografias por dia, a uma dist�ncia de meio metro dos
olhos, estando o flash apontado diretamente para a retina.
CALMA! N�o � tanto assim. O perigo, como j� escrevi, existe, mas
� muito baixo.</p>
