n�o liberar a comercializa��o de uma droga s� porque uma associa��o
de portadores de mieloma, que � patrocinada pelo fabricante do
f�rmaco, quer.<br>

Enquanto o fabricante n�o apresentar estudos comparativos
comprovando que seu produto � superior aos f�rmacos em uso, n�o h�
raz�o alguma para liberar seu uso no Brasil.<br>

A argumenta��o da libera��o nos EUA tem uma explica��o muito
simples: o FDA � um �rg�o muito sujeito aos apelos de fabricantes,
especialmente se forem �da casa� (norte-americanos) e libera drogas
para favorecer as ind�strias norte-americanas, justamente para
for�ar o restante do mundo a adotar aquele f�rmaco e pagar os
